In the 1900s, the whirlwind of jazz in New Orleans, Harlem, and Detroit swept the classical music world into a frenzy. The blurred lines flirting between jazz and impressionism, Neo-classicism, folk, and klezmer are intoxicating. Come experience this piano trio program of kaleidoscopic, meditative, and explosive manifestations of classical composers that have fallen for jazz.
