Reception Flavors
Corral Wine Co.
Corral Wine Company is a production of Bell Family Vineyards.
"In 2017, in a barn in Corral de Tierra, California, we barreled our first batch of estate Pinot Noir. We're still in that same barn, but we've made even more varietals from some of the best grapes on the Central Coast."

Galante Vineyards
2022 Wagon Wheel Sauvignon Blanc: The wine is marked with flavors of peaches and apricots, with crisp citrus and tropical highlights of guava and passion fruit. Like spokes of a wheel, the flavor profiles of this wine combine to fulfill the palate and complete the journey.
2021 Rancho Galante Cabernet Sauvignon: This wonderfully expressive wine embodies the characteristics of our unique terroir. Aromas of leather, plum, and cola, and flavors of blackberry, dark cherry and a hint of cocoa are prominent. Although incredibly enjoyable now, with lingering, well-structured tannins and ample acidity this wine will continue to age beautifully for years to come.

Pacific Coast Apiaries
Pacific Coast Apiaries began its operations in 2023 and has successfully transitioned from an initial "small scale" endeavor to a medium-sized beekeeping enterprise. The bees are kept on private ranches which are chosen for the abundance of WILDFLOWERS. These wildland settings provide a perfect source for bees to convert nectar into NUTRITIOUS honey.
“Supplying Only the Best Honey” is PCA's motto. With that in mind, keeping the bees in pristine wild locations is PCA's goal. PCA sells to consumers and local markets in small batches. The nectar flow is always changing on the Central Coast so there will be different "flavors" available throughout the year."

Bryn Mawr Vineyards
2021 Pino Noir Estate: Medium plum skin purple in color. The bouquet is intensely rich and woodsy, with bergamot and violets intertwining amongst deep, earthy notes. The palate is substantial and mouthwatering; with vibrant acidity standing toe-to-toe with tannin. The palate finishes texturally with notes of dried flowers that linger on into the finish.
NV Brut Rosé: Light salmon in color. The bead is rapid and profuse with persistent lacing around the edge. The nose is clean and lightly perfumed, with bright notes of rosebud and cranberry. The palate is dry and delicately balanced between acidity and sweetness, while the bubbles are showing an eruptive attitude. The backpalate has a touch of texture and the finish is crisp and clean.

Rustique Wines
Made with the grapes from our estate, Silacci Vineyards, we are dedicated to learning from the land and evolving alongside it to make high quality Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
We planted these vineyards in 1999 when it was our turn to be shepherds of the land, and Rustiqué is our first label to encompass what we believe is the best expression of our home.
2023 SS Chardonnay: This expressive 2023 Un-Oaked Chardonnay envelops the glass with a vibrant aroma of Meyer lemon, fresh grapefruit, honeysuckle and orange zest.
